Vyncent Sol is an elven boy from another world separate from Prime, formerly with the unstable power to switch his consciousness to different people within his head that all had unique powers -- aka "change classes" -- now with the power of a single knife. He is one of the four members of the Prime Defenders.

Vyncent has innate (likely elven) magic, but Condi confirms in S2 Episode 23 that he never used it before because he didn't consider it special, seeing as, in his words, "everyone back home can do that". This episode was the first time he ever showed off this magic, re-lighting a candle with it.
